    In this context there was a focus on working with personality disorders in a specialist, hospital-based psychotherapy unit. Ros was responsible for the coordination and supervision of the group psychotherapy program, along with providing individual psychodynamic psychotherapy and supervision of psychotherapy trainees. Along with other team members, Ros provided aspects of the Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) program for patients with borderline personality disorder.
  • Senior Adult Psychotherapist at St Thomas' Hospital, South London and Maudsley NHS Trust.
    In this context, Ros was responsible for delivering individual and group psychotherapy to outpatients, reflective practice to a male psychiatric intensive care unit and a forensic ward for women, and supervision of trainee psychotherapists.
